The size and color can be customized as required.
Main Performance:
1. Heat-resistant: Under the condition of 90 ± 3 ℃ for 120 hours or120 ± 3 ℃ for 30 minutes, no crack or rupture affecting use will produce.
2. Shrinkage under heating: The length change rate under the condition of 120 ± 3 ℃ for 1 hour is less than 10%.
3. Under the condition of 120 ± 3 ℃ for 30 minutes, the thickness reduction rate is less than 10%.
4. Oil-proof: Under the condition of 50 ± 3 ℃ for 20 hours, the retention rate is 70%.
5. Cold-resistant: Under the condition of -40 ± 3 ℃ for 30 minutes, no cracks or ruptures.
6. Flame-retarding: Non-combustible, extinguish naturally in 15 seconds.
Has been widely used in Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Isuzu, Mazda, BYD and other car models.
