Product Features
High Elasticity and Bend Resistance: The elasticity of TPR tubing is close to that of natural rubber. For example, when used as a moving pipeline for a robotic arm, it can maintain its telescopic performance for a long time; however, the hardness increases significantly at low temperatures, so protection against low-temperature environments is necessary.
Weather Resistance and Chemical Resistance: It has good resistance to water and grease and can be used for automotive oil pipes to transport fuel. However, its resistance to strong acids and alkalis is weaker than that of TPE, and in chemical scenarios, it is more suitable for neutral or weakly corrosive media (such as detergents and emulsifiers).
Product Application Areas
Industrial and Automotive Fields: Used for automotive air conditioning condensate pipes, engine compartment oil/coolant delivery pipes (better oil resistance than PVC), and pneumatic tool connecting pipes in factories (such as air compressor hoses).
Daily Necessities and Consumer Electronics: Vacuum cleaner extension hoses, children's toy water pipes (good elasticity and low cost), and protective sleeves for headphone cables and charging cables (strong bend resistance).
