Examples include pneumatic tubes, hydraulic tubes, garden hoses, oil and water pipelines, oil exploration tubes, sandblasting tubes, and peristaltic pump tubing.
Characteristics: Made from PU material, these hoses exhibit high tensile strength, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, flex resistance, puncture resistance, low-temperature resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. They also possess excellent elasticity and a long service life. This product is plasticizer-free, non-toxic, odorless, and a high-performance, environmentally friendly hose. It is an ideal replacement for PVC and rubber hoses.
Types: Polyester PU hose, polyether PU hose, polycaprolactone TPU hose, etc.
Conveyed Media: Chemical liquids, abrasives, food and beverages, oil, water, gas.
Operating Temperature: -35℃—90℃
Hardness Range: 60A—95A
